Our pesticide screening involves detecting the presence of the following compounds at 0.1 parts per million (ppm). Any sample found to contain compounds greater than 0.1 ppm will fail the pesticide control requirements and will be considered unusable. We utilize chromatographic technologies that incorporate a family of analytical methods involving separation, identification and measurement steps that are highly sensitive and automated.
- chlorinated hydrocarbons,
- organophosphates,
- carbamates,
- pyrethroids
The final list of pesticides is site-specific. It is usually defined by the end users, and legislation, where limits are regulated.
We use LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, GC-MS/MS or GC-HRMS techniques according to the requirements of specific parameters (polar, non-polar).
